Avengers: Infinity War is almost a scene in which Doctor Strange featured Iron Man Mark 50 armor-clad – and here’s how that might work. One of the most exciting elements of every Avengers film is watching the fantastic team-up. With Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, Writers Christopher Markus, and Stephen McFeely came up with a surprising number of unexpected alliances.
Of course, I really run through a whole lot of miracle ideas and pick the best of them. One of the most exciting ideas in Avengers: Infinity War seems to have swapped stuff for Tony Stark and Stephen Strange. In concept art, Tony Stark is shown wearing a cloak of levitation, while Doctor Strange gangster man Mark 50 armor. It’s a fun idea, quite amusing to have made it into the comics, with Doctor Strange becoming the so-called Iron Mage.
Concept Artist Phil Saunders has recently published Full Iron Dana Concept Art on his ArtStation account. It is a stunning design, and it just gives a sense of how unique an approach is. Unlike traditional Iron Man armor, the Mark 50 was centered around what Miracle Insider called an “RT” unit. The comics for the name, where the so-called “Repulsor Tech Node” seems to have been lifted directly from it, is a fusion-powered unit with far more capacity than an arc reactor. But Doctor Odd Iron Grain Armor features Agamotto own eye, the Mark 50 suggestion being literally driven by an Infinity Stone.
This is a breathtaking idea. The Infinity Stones appear to be an inexhaustible energy source; This was proved about Tesseract in Captain America: The First Avenger, Avengers, and even Captain Miracle. It is tempting to imagine that the Mark 50 Nanotech suit could run on that kind of power. Gerry Duggan and Patch Zircher Barbaric Avengers # 10 Recently gave comic book readers an idea of what a synergy between Magic and Iron Man Tech might look like, perhaps loosely inspired by this design. In humor, strangely natural science and sorcery combine retribution and Pym particles with incantations in mixed, remarkable, and creative ways.
In terms of the narrative, other samples of concept art suggested Stark initially gave the strange Mark 50 armor to protect him from Ebony Maw. He had to form Mark 50 around Doctor Strange to save him from Ebony Maw torture, and Strange then bonded with it and used it as a formidable weapon. While this is an interesting approach, it is easy to understand why Marvel is far from it; they need to find a way to involve Spider-Man in the rescue, and they realize Peter Parker will come up with something entirely different. As a result, Iron Dana has gone to comics — and, since the MCU Dia has seen the death of Tony Stark and the destruction of the Time Stone — that probably isn’t going to change.
