The popular stealth game series is about to get a recital as a television series. Hitman was created by IO Interactive and has gained a reputation as one of the best games of all time, most notably in its genre.
The game has sold over 25,000,000 copies since it was first released in 2000, and there have also been films based on two games that have received abysmal critical and public reception.
What is the release date?
Streaming service Hulu announced in November 2014 that they would be making a series on the famous Agent 4 or Hitman.
Hulu has announced no official date, and they remain reticent about the hitman since the initial announcement, and it seems like we won’t be seeing the series before 2022.
Who is in the cast?
The script for the pilot is being written by Derek Kolstad, who was the creator of the famous John Wick series. Adrian Askarieh and Chuck Gordon will join Kolstad.
No cast member has been announced yet by Hulu, and there are plenty of characters from the game who need to be cast.
This includes Agent 47 and his handler Diana Burnwood; another addition needs to be Professor Wolfgang Ort-Meyer, who is the main antagonist for the first game.
What Is Going To Happen In Hitman Season 1?
We can only guess which plotline the series chooses to follow but considering they decide to follow the first game which released way back in 2000. We may get to see agent 47 escaping the asylum where he has been experimented upon for his whole life.
This would see him meet his handler Diana Burnwood who will help him take revenge on Professor Wolfgang Ort-Meyer, who had been cloning him for his whole life.
