Rumors Tom Holland has been circling Spider-Man since the character first appeared MCU in Captain America: Civil War. When the web-slinger marvel was new to the cinematic universe, theorists and leakers were taking to the Internet to discuss how heavily the evolving landscape effect would come. Two standalone instalments and a couple of love ups later, and the rumour mill has begun marching to a different beat. The alleged leaks now want to be fixed on when and how the character will exit the franchise.
Recent reports suggest that this cover (WGTC) may replace Tom Holland in the live-action form down the line for Miles Morales (previously seen in the animated Splendor Spider-Man: Spider-Versus), a point to note. Peter Parker will face his demise sometime after stage 4. However, there are some reasons the possibility of the MCU closing Spidey will not kill anytime soon. Let’s dive into the top three reasons.
Spider-Man will likely come to lead the new Avengers when they finally appear on the silver screen
With the already announced Phase 4 slate, it has become clear that Kevin Feige & Co. is working towards a young or new Avengers franchise. Kate Bishop is about to pass the torch to Hawkeye, Ms Miracle will receive a TV show on Disney +, and rumour has it that Loki will be stuck during Thor as her childhood: Ragnarok. Meaning, a new actor will come to portray a moving character — a new, very young character who can come to fight with heroes with the same knowledge of lessons and a former adult baddie.
Spider-Man will likely serve as the link holding the new Avengers together (especially if Harley Keener becomes the Iron Boy). Spider-Man is the connection to the old heroes, which brings us to the next reason the MCU can’t remove him yet.
Too much change too fast
When it comes to determining the face of the miracle, the two characters reign supreme — Iron Man and Spider-Man, as fans have discussed it at great length online. In the picture now with Iron Man, MCU Stark’s Shakun is needed; They cannot afford to lose another beloved hero, because the new faces are only as high as the old faces who welcome them. Must be the Spider-Man Herald. Spider-Man should be the glue connecting the past and the new.
Mary Jane Watson May Come To MCU
If the rumours around Mary Jane Watson’s entrance into the MCU turn out to be accurate, a lot of those narratives left behind Miracle films before dishing away Spider-Man. Will Parker, Mary Jane, and Michelle Jones enter a love triangle? Parker will wind up with Mary Jane Watson, leaving Jones solo flying (to step towards becoming Spider-Woman). Whatever the plan, Spidey will be integral for a while, and Miles Morales won’t take the throne anytime soon.
