In fact, two people who were romantically involved with Evans in the last seven days have found themselves in the presence of police officers. The two have a run-in with Nathan Griffith, Eason’s son, Kaiser’s father, and Courtland Rogers, who had married Evans for two years. Eason has had its legal troubles, too.
Courtland Rogers is currently in jail facing serious charges
Rogers and Evans were married for two years, and while they had no children, their relationship was rife with drama. The play is not over for Rogers now that he is no longer with Evans. In 2016, Rogers was arrested for assault in Leyland, North Carolina. Rogers allegedly attacked a woman, according to people. He also reportedly threatened to kill the woman and her family.
Rogers’ most recent arrest was in January 2019. The troubled father of one was raised by the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of burglary. He was also accused of taking possession of a controlled substance. Currently, behind bars, Rogers will see a judge discuss the allegations on January 28. Right now, he appears to be facing several felony counts, including a probation violation. A crime drug charge has also been attacked on his list of commands.
Nathan Griffith was picked up by police for a psychological evaluation
While Rogers sits in jail, one of Evans’ former loves and one was on the run with the police. Griffith, who is the father of Evans’ 5-year-old son Kaiser, called the police on her after an argument with her mother. According to reports, Griffith and his mother got into an argument over a car accident. Griffith left the house threatening to take his life.
After her mother did not reach her, she called the police for fear of her safety. According to the Daily Mail, police succeeded in locating Griffith. He agreed to seek psychiatric help at a field hospital but was released the same evening. He is not a threat to himself or others. There is no word on whether he approved the issue with his mother.
After Evans and Griffith, he left Eason and appeared to mend fences set down roots in Nashville, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Griffith and Evans look back in their old tricks, now that Eason seems again in the picture. Speaking of Eason, it appears that he had his legal troubles too recently.
David Eason had a warrant out for his arrest
Before Evans decided to waive the restraining order against Eason, the father of three had other legal troubles to deal with it. Eason was expected in a North Carolina court on January 9 on an illegal towing case. According to TMZ, he failed to show up in court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. There is no word on whether he approved the issue.
The next day, on January 10, Evans requested to have the protection order lifted against Eason. The pair were set to face a bandh in court on January 14 but were cancelled after the court date agreed to lift a judge’s order. They were later seen walking together through Nashville with their daughter Ensley. Evans also referred to herself as Janelle Esson in a recent Instagram story and was seen wearing her engagement ring. The clue is led by fans to believe that the couple is matching.
