Russian doll of Netflix have been critically acclaimed saying this about the show to critics as well as critics:

The show has an approval of 98% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.53 / 10 on IMDb. So, it was nobody surprise that the show got renewed for season two. The official announcement came from the show’s official Twitter account in June 2014.

The show follows the story of Nadia, who is trapped in an endless time loop where she goes to her 36th birthday party and dies. After his death, his life automatically resumes, where he was at the party before his last end. He tries to figure out what’s going on in this hilarious drama web series.

The show stars Natasha Lyon as Nadia Valvokov. Brooke Timber portrays her as a child. Greta Lee plays Maxine, Nadia’s best friend. He is the one who throws a birthday party for her. Yule Vakwies plays John Reyes, Nadia’s ex-boyfriend. Charlie Barnett is seen playing Alan Zaveri, the man stuck in another loop, just like Nadia. Elizabeth Ashley portrays Ruth Brenner. She is a close family friend of Nadia. Kate Jennings Grant represents her younger self.
Russian Doll Season 2 Release Date
An official release date for the second season has not been announced yet. However, it is safe to assume that the show will take at least till 2021 to come up with a new season, especially amidst the Coronavirus spread. No plotlines have been revealed either, but it is likely to pick up after the events of the first season took place.
