The wrestler Roman Reigns, after much work, has made his much-awaited return to the WWE.
On Monday night, the Roman Reigns revealed his eleven-year-long battle with leukaemia. The wrestler’s sudden appearance has many fans questioning if his illness was just for a WWE story.
Twenty-six-year-old, wrestler, Letty Joseph’ Joe’ Anoa is currently signed to the WWE under the ring name ‘Roman Reigns’ as a member of the SmackDown brand.
In October 2018, the wrestler revealed that he was battling the disease. So Universal Champion made a public statement, “My real name is Joe, and I’ve been living with leukaemia for 11 years, and unfortunately, it’s back. And because leukaemia is back, I play my role Can’t complete. I can’t be that fighting champion, and I’m going to sacrifice my Universal Championship.
After his return in 2019, many fans speculated that the disease was a stunt for the WWE storyline. There were many controversies about how fans considered cancer and how there was a lack of appreciation for the victory.

Nevertheless, there are also fans commenting about the wrestler being a role model and providing inspiration for many people. Many wrestlers have to bow down to their display of courage in the face of illness.
Roman also talked about the notion of what a cancer patient looks like is stereotyped. He said that there are particular reasons that he seems and maintains the health that he has. Reportedly, the treatment comes with side effects ranging from muscle cramps to fatigue. The wrestler also learned that the drug caused him arthritis.
The wrestler recently made his Hollywood debut with the Fast and Furious gift – Hobbs and Shaw.
In their upcoming match, they will take on Eric Rowan in the Clash of Champions.
